Unfortunately Aaa-Logo is NOT free. They will give you the software to download but if you create something and try to save it, you get prompted to buy their software for $49.95.
I would definitely love to see http://www.logosmartz.com there as well. Its quite a cool program and easy as well. I have designed around 100 logos so far with it. SO it deserves a well defined place in this list.
