When we talk about editing, resizing, manipulating of pictures/images most of the people use adobe photoshop program and few other softwares.
But now we have so many other softwares in the market that are free for download and they allow us to edit and manipulate pictures of any type.
Purchase of photo editing softwares is not easy for every one so, we came here with 20 best and useful softwares which allow us to edit photos without spending a penny.

I downloaded ArtWeaver yesterday amongst lots of others including some of the above. As well as being a paint program AW is a bit like Photoshop 4 and you can do things in it that your just can’t with the others, like Feather a selection and use Curves to alter it.

This is a very helpful article for the photo editors or designers I’ve found this list of free photo editors very useful.

The list contains some of the best photo editing software. I guess the most popular is still Adobe Photoshop. It’s not free, that’s the only concern. Of course higher versions like CS5 required too much of resource which can be considered as a disadvantage.
