By accessing or using Web Seasoning ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Web Seasoning provides AI-powered tools including but not limited to:
- Image Generation using AI models
- AI Chat assistance
- Background removal from images
- Audio transcription
These services are provided on a pay-per-use credit system.
3. Account Registration
To use our services, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring your account information is accurate
4. Credits and Payments
Credit System
- 1 Credit = ₹1 INR
- Credits are non-refundable once purchased
- Credits do not expire
- New users receive 10 free credits upon registration
Pricing
- Image Generation: ₹5 per image
- AI Chat: ₹1 per message
- Background Removal: ₹2 per image
- Audio Transcription: ₹2 per minute
Refunds
If a service fails after credits are deducted, credits will be automatically refunded to your wallet. For payment-related issues, please contact support within 7 days of the transaction.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use our services to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Create deepfakes or non-consensual imagery of real people
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Spam, phish, or distribute malware
- Attempt to bypass security measures or abuse the system
- Resell or redistribute our services without permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Intellectual Property
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload to our services. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for providing the requested service.
Generated Content
Content generated by our AI tools is provided for your use. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service
- Accuracy or quality of AI-generated content
- That the service will meet your specific requirements
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web Seasoning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
