We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. Payments and Billing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
  • Payment is due as specified in your service agreement or invoice
  • Late payments may incur additional charges
  • We accept payments through secure payment gateways
  • Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice

5. Refund Policy

Our refund policy varies by service:

  • Development Services: Refunds are available for work not yet started. Partial refunds may be provided based on work completed.
  • VPS Hosting: 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. No refunds after 7 days.
  • Digital Products: Due to their nature, digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
  • Consulting Services: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our website are owned by WebSeasoning or our licensors. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission
  • Use our trademarks without written authorization
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

For custom development work, intellectual property rights are transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and materials needed for service delivery
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner
  • Ensure you have rights to any content you provide us
  • Not use our services for illegal purposes
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services

9. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebSeasoning, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Service Level Agreement

For hosting services, we strive for 99.9% uptime. Specific service level agreements may be outlined in individual service contracts. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate services:

  • With written notice as specified in the service agreement
  • Immediately for material breach of these terms
  • For non-payment after reasonable notice

Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered and any outstanding amounts.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
